George Washington Brownlow, British (1835 - 1876) 

"The West of Ireland in 1862," O.O.C., an interior scene depicting a destitute family, a man seated by a bed with an ailing young woman, the other section of the cottage showing a young child with bewildered parents, all set in a cottage interior, approx. 18" x 2'6" (46cms x 66cms), in contemporary gilt frame. (1)
